“हम, भारत के प्रधान मंत्री, नरेंद्र मोदी, और भारत के गृह मंत्री, अमित शाह, भारत के साधारण लोगों से  माफी माँगते हैं 23 मार्च 2020 आपके जीवन पर हमारे द्वारा लाए गए नुकसान के लिए।

हमारे शपथ संविधान से है जो हमारे देश के प्रत्येक नागरिक के मौलिक अधिकारों, जीवन, स्वतंत्रता, रोजगार, वाणिज्य के महत्वपूर्ण अधिकारों की रक्षा करता है। हम आप के इन महत्वपूर्ण  अधिकारों का उल्लंघन करने के लिए क्षमा चाहते हैं। हमने संविधान और कानून के अनुसार लोगों के सभी प्रकार के अधिकार के लिए शपथ ली है। हम 23 मार्च से आपके आर्थिक और सामाजिक जीवन में हुई क्षति के लिए क्षमा चाहते हैं।

हमने तकनीकी सलाह मांगी और प्राप्त किया कि हमारा देश एक बड़े सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य संकट का सामना कर रहा है। वह गलत थी। कोरोना वायरस एक खतरनाक खतरा है, लेकिन यह हमारे देश के लिए एक बड़ा स्वास्थ्य नहीं जोखिम  था। यह वुहान, चीन, में पैदा हुआ, और इटली, ईरान, अमेरिका, ब्रिटेन आदि के लिए चीन के वाणिज्यिक मार्गों का अनुसरण किया। सौभाग्य से, हमारे देश ने इसके कारण बहुत कम मौतें देखी हैं।

हमारा फैसला गलत था। हमारे द्वारा लिए गए निर्णयों की जिम्मेदारी हम लेते हैं।

सरकार उन लोगों को वापस नहीं ला सकती जिनकी मृत्यु थकावट, निर्जलीकरण, भुखमरी, आत्महत्या या अन्य कारणों से हुई है, जो 23 मार्च 2020 के फैसले से उपजी हैं, जो बिना किसी सूचना देश में आर्थिक गतिविधि और परिवहन को रोकने का आदेश दिया गया था।

भारत में कोई भी और सभी व्यक्ति जो हमारे कार्यों से नकारात्मक रूप से प्रभावित हुए हैं, जिनमें मृतकों के रिश्तेदार भी शामिल हैं, उन्हें अपने अनुभव के सरल तथ्यों को बताने और सादे कागज पर इसे आधिकारिक घोषणा के लिए संबोधित करने के लिए कहा जाता है।

हम वादा करते हैं कि भारत सरकार आपके कष्टों को थोड़ा भी कम करने का प्रयास करेगी।

हम दोनों हिंदू हैं। हमारे पास प्रायश्चित करने के अलावा कोई विकल्प नहीं है । हम एतद्द्वारा माननीय राष्ट्रपति से हमारे इस्तीफे को स्वीकार करने और मंत्री परिषद के कुछ अन्य सदस्यों को हमारे कार्यालय के पदों पर नियुक्त करने के लिए कह रहे हैं।

Statement of Dr. Subroto Roy, Economist & Citizen, Proposing PM Narendra Modi & Home Minister Amit Shah Apologize to India’s People, Create Remedy, and Resign to Do Prayaschit/Atonement

 

“We, Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India, and Amit Shah, Home Minister of India, apologize to the ordinary people of India for the loss we have brought in your lives since 23 March 2020. 

Our oath is from the Constitution which protects the Fundamental Rights of every citizen of our country, important rights of life, liberty, employment, commerce. We apologize for violating these important rights of yours.

We have taken an oath to do right for all the people according to the Constitution and the law. We apologize for the loss in your economic and social lives since 23 March.

We sought and received technical advice that our country is facing a major public health crisis. It was incorrect. The corona virus is a dangerous threat, but it was not a major health risk to our country. It originated in Wuhan, China, and followed China’s commercial routes to Italy, Iran, America, Britain, etc. Fortunately, our country has seen very few deaths caused by it.

Our decision was wrong. We take responsibility for it.  

The Government cannot bring back those who have died of exhaustion, dehydration, starvation, suicide or other causes, stemming from our 23 March 2020 decision to stop economic activity and transportation in the country without notice.

Any and all persons  in India who have been negatively affected by our actions, including relatives of the deceased, are asked to state the simple facts of their experience and address it on plain paper for official declaration. 

We promise that the Government of India will try to alleviate your sufferings even a little.

We are both Hindus. We have no choice but to atone and accept Prayaschit. We are hereby asking the Honorable President to accept our resignation and to appoint some other members of the Council of Ministers to our offices.
