The constitution is clear that the elected members shall choose their leader from amongst themselves i.e the one from the class of elected members and not any outsider. It is the corrupt collusion of all the parties to misinterpret the constitution and give a sweet choice to people like Dr. Singh to be the PM at the cost of Indian poor and no protest is raised in the press or media or in judicial forums .
